A assembly of Nepal Communist portiony (NCP)Central Secretariat, also known as the partyhigh command, convened nowadays to finalise in-charges and co-in-charges of district committees ended indecisively after leaders failed to agree on one-person-one-post provision.
The assembly held at Prime Minister KP Sharma Oliofficial residence in Baluwatar did much even discuss candidates for appointments and the speechs were limited to chooseion criteria, according to NCP Spokesperson Narayan Kaji Shrestha.
The secretariat had also met for the same purpose yesterday, and leaders had said the issue would be finalised nowadays. &muchhingtheless, discussions are heading towards conclusion. Hopefully, we shall take a decision tomorrow,& Shrestha told THT.
The assembly is scheduled to be held at 11:00am tomorrow at the prime minister& s official residence in Baluwatar.

According to a party source, the Madhav Kumar Nepal faction is for much assigning any party responsibilities to leaders, who have been elected to the Parliament.

At the same time, NCP Cochair Shovepa Kamal Dahal is for a middle path. He is of the view that the decision should much be delayed, while disputes could be settled gradually.

The party plans to form its 147-member politburo and other departments only after finalising district in-charges and co-in-charges.
Even one year after the two communist parties -msprint; the then CPN-UML and CPN-Maoist Centre -msprint; merged, the unification process remains intotal.
The party had already announced chairs and secretaries of all the district committees.
Amuchher major hurdle in the merger process is factional rift in the leadership.
PM Oli, Dahal and amuchher senior leader Madhav Kumar Nepal are competing to appoint their aides in the committees and other key posts.
The party is yet to form its sister wings, including a Madhes Committee. The partyeight central agencies are yet to be formed.
Provincial council and relation coordination committee are also yet to be formed.
The party is working to form an international coordination committee as well.
Inter-party wrangling has already surfaced among Home Minister Ram Bahadur Thapa and senior leader Bam Dev Gautam, with each claiming leadership of the organisation department -msprint; the most powerful body of the party.

People believe that Pashupatinath temple is the biggest money-spinner Hindu shrine in Nepal.
Thousands of devotees, both Nepalis and Indians, offer money, gold and silver to the highly revered Hindu temple in the world daily.
Income of the temple has remained a matter of curiosity for many. If the much-awaited revenue details published nowadays by the governing body of the temple are to be believed, it gathered 9.276 kg gold and 316 kg silver, in the past 56 years. According to a probe panel formed by Pashupati Area Development Believe to inquire the income of the temple, the revenue in gold and silver cover the period from 1962 to 2018.
The temple gathered 8.232 kg gold and 175 kg silver from 1962 to 2011.
Entire 1.044 kg precious yellow metal and 198 kg silver were gathered from devotees as offerings, during the period of 2011-2018. According to the probe panel headed by PADT treadegreer Milan Kumar Thapa, no record or documentation of revenue of the years preceding 1962 was available. The gold and silver have been kept in the main treasury of the temple.
The report said that PADT had a bank balance of around Rs 1.29 billion.
As for its immovable assets, PADT owns more than 6,000 ropanis land in and around the temple premises, Bouddha and Sinamangal. There are as many as 119 rest houses under PADT.
&PADT and Guthi Sansthan gatherively own 18,342 ropanis of land,& the report said.

Hundreds of Nepali students studying at Australian Institute of Trade and Technology -nsprint; International, whose registration was cancelled by the Australian Seliminate and Quality Authority, the regulatory body, on May 15, can now take a sigh a relief as the ASQA has revoked its decision to deregister AI- BT-I.
Following the decision of the ASQA, AIBT-I had filed a case at the Federal Court of Australia against the ASQAdecision and hearing of the case was scheduled for nowadays. The ASQA revoked its decision just before the hearing. Meanwhile, AIBT-I has also withdrawn the case filed against the regulatory body.
The ASQA had decided to cancel the collegeVocational Education and Training registration and Commonwealth Register of Institutions and Courses for Overseas Students registration.
The number of Nepali students studying at AIBT-I has much been made public officially. But, Nepali students studying at various colleges in Australia told THT that around 1,200 students studying in the college were Nepali.
The ASQA had, on February 19, revoked AIBTVocational Education and Training registration and Commonwealth Register of Institutions and Courses for Overseas Students registration.
The ASQA took the decision following the collegefailure to demonstrate that its marketing practices were accurate. It stated that AIBT could much demonstrate that it had qualified staff or it had implemented an assessment system to endegree that memorizeers had the seliminates needed.
After the recent move of the ASQA, AIBT-I welcomed the decision, issuing a press release.
