The NSE Nifty index was trading 3.35 points down at 25401.95, while BSE Sensex was down 23.08 points at 83216.39 at the time of composing this report.
In the Nifty index, Bajaj Finance Ltd.(up 2.82 per cent), Bajaj Finserv Ltd.(up 1.95 percent), Shriram Finance Ltd.(up 1.22 per cent), Bharat Electronics Ltd.(up 0.97 per cent) and Eternal Ltd.(up 0.75 percent) were amongst the leading gainers.
While Trent Ltd.(down 7.09 percent), Tech Mahindra Ltd.(down 1.45 per cent), Tata Steel Ltd.(down 1.33 percent), SBI Life Insurance Company Ltd.(down 1.01 per cent) and Grasim Industries Ltd.(down 0.78 percent) were among the top losers in the index.
