NEW DELHI: The Nifty Realty index traded negative around 10:20AM(IST)on Tuesday in an upbeat market.
Raymond Ltd.(up 2.73 per cent), Phoenix Mills Ltd.(up 1.28 per cent), Brigade Enterprises Ltd.(up 1.23 per cent) and Prestige Estates Projects Ltd.(up 0.04 per cent) were among the top gainers.
Oberoi Realty Ltd.(down 1.53 per cent), Lodha Developers Ltd.(down 1.12 per cent), Godrej Properties Ltd.(down 1.04 per cent), DLF Ltd.(down 1.0 per cent) and Sobha Ltd.(down 0.45 per cent) were the top losers on the index.
The Nifty Realty index was down 0.49 per cent at 968.0 at the time of writing this report.
Benchmark NSE Nifty50 index was down 1.75 points at 25459.55, while the BSE Sensex was up 17.3 points at 83459.8.
Live Events Among the 50 stocks in the Nifty index, 23 were trading in the green, while 27 were in the red.
Shares of JP Power, RattanIndia Power, Vodafone Idea, PC Jeweller and Alok Industries were among the most traded shares on the NSE.
Shares of California Soft, Reliance Naval & Engg, Sumeet Ind, Kavveri Telecom and TN Telecom hit their fresh 52-week highs in today's trade, while Nectar Lifesc, Sadhana Nitro, Dreamfolks Services, Visa Steel Ltd and Globe Civil Projects hit fresh 52-week lows in trade.
