Police have seized a suspicious Land Rover Defender discovered at a home in Pallekele, Kandy.Upon examination, the automobile was found to be unregistered, with both its chassis and engine numbers missing, validating that it had actually been assembled unlawfully, the cops said.The homeowner, a 48-year-old, has been apprehended for belongings of the unlawfully assembled car.
