Lexus Granito(India)Ltd.(up 4.98%), 20 Microns Ltd.(up 1.39%), Aro Granite Industries Ltd.(up 1.31%), Ashapura Minechem Ltd.(up 0.73%) and Oriental Trimex Ltd.(up 0.65%) stood amongst the top gainers.
Madhav Marbles & & Granites Ltd.(down 1.42%), Pokarna Ltd.(down 1.28%), MOIL Ltd.(down 0.82%), KIOCL Ltd.(down 0.79%), NMDC Ltd.(down 0.41%), Sandur Manganese & & Iron Ores Ltd.(down 0.35%), The Orissa Minerals Development Company Ltd.(down 0.21%), Gujarat Mineral Development Corporation Ltd.(down 0.13%) and Coal India Ltd.(down 0.10%) were among the leading losers of the day.
The NSE Nifty50 index ended 55.71 points up at 25461.0, while the 30-share BSE Sensex closed up 193.42 points at 83432.89.
Bajaj Finance Ltd.(up 1.67%), Infosys Ltd.(up 1.36%), Dr.
Reddys Laboratories Ltd.(up 1.25%), ICICI Bank Ltd.(up 1.19%), Wipro Ltd.(up 1.13%), Hindustan Unilever Ltd.(up 1.12%), Hindalco Industries Ltd.(up 0.96%), UltraTech Cement Ltd.(up 0.88%), HCL Technologies Ltd.(up 0.82%) and Hero MotoCorp Ltd.(up 0.8%) stood among the top gainers in the Nifty pack.
