NEW DELHI: Shares of J G Chemicals, Tourism Finance, Sirca Paints, California Soft and Reliance Naval & Engg, hit their fresh 52-week highs at 11:07AM(IST)on NSE.
Benchmark NSE Nifty index rose 8.46 points to 25469.45 amid buying in frontline bluechip stocks.
However, stocks such as Sadhana Nitro, SKIL Infrastructure, Globe Civil Projects, CMI Ltd and Varanium Cloud, touched their fresh 52-week low.
Overall, 27 shares traded in the green in Nifty50 index, while 23 traded in the red.
In the Nifty 50 index, HUL, Asian Paints, Jio Financial Services, Eicher Motors and ITC were among top gainers, while BEL, Eternal, Tech Mahindra, UltraTech Cem.
and Hindalco traded in the red.

Traders were seen piling up positions in General, IT Enabled Services, Tourism & Hospitality, Retail and Auto sectors, while selling was visible in Industrial Consumables, Construction, Packaging, Defence and Glass sectors.
