EID Parry(India)Ltd.(down 2.15%), Piccadily Agro Industries Ltd.(down 1.51%), Simbhaoli Sugars Ltd.(down 1.22%), DCM Shriram Industries Ltd.(down 1.02%), KCP Sugar & & Industries Corporation Ltd.(down 1.00%), Avadh Sugar & & Energy Ltd.(down 0.93%), Balrampur Chini Mills Ltd.(down 0.88%), Ponni Sugars(Erode)Ltd.(down 0.75%), Uttam Sugar Mills Ltd.(down 0.75%) and Dwarikesh Sugar Industries Ltd.(down 0.69%) were among the top losers.
The NSE Nifty50 index was trading 20.0 points down at 25441.3, while the 30-share BSE Sensex was down 14.31 points at 83428.19 at around 11:12 AM.
