To that end, such institutions need to exercise more effective leadership and coordination over significant tasks, and focus on planning, discussing and oversight of significant jobs, the meeting emphasized.It is vital to conduct in-depth research study to enhance the quality and effectiveness of decision-making and consideration, and to propose practical and effective policy measures.The conference also highlighted the importance of preventing formalism and bureaucratism, and providing real results.
