
China plans to use domestic service occupation training with a yearly trainee participation of 1.5 million from 2025 to 2027 to meet the growing market demand in the sector.The effort will serve people interested in entering the sector and those already taken part in the field, covering a variety of abilities related to different occupations, according to a notice released by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and other 5 federal government organs.The substantial training is intended to make the domestic service sector more expert, promote top quality work and satisfy public demand for domestic service, according to the ministry.To enhance the efficiency of training, the notification defines that an extensive evaluation of jobseekers and workers training needs in the sector will be carried out to provide customized programs for them.The number of domestic service specialists in China has actually gone beyond 30 million, and there are over one million domestic service enterprises, with the sectors market size exceeding 1.1 trillion yuan (about $152.58 billion).
